How do I return a product?
1. Call Customer Service at 800-585-1093 between 9:00am and 6:00 pm PST Monday – Saturday.
2. You will receive a return authorization number, address and instructions for return.
3. Please return your product in its original box with all components and materials. The product must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for a refund.
*Please note that any activation fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. Some service and subscription fees are not refundable.
