Nurture Connect was founded by Shana Duthie with the vision of creating an outsourced call center that focused on both quality and balancing business requirements with customer needs creating increased customer satisfaction rates and customer retention rates. Additionally, Shana focused on her knowledge and background in serving the older demographic by creating jobs for older Americans allowing them to add value and be productive. The entire team is devoted to this mission and is proud to be providing jobs and training to older Americans.
